Charlene R. Jones is a Kansas City based writer. Charlene graduated from Washington High School in Kansas City, KS. She later received her B.S. from Kansas State University, her MA from The University of Phoenix, her MS from Emporia State University and her MFA from The Savannah College of Arts and Design.
